Return/Exchange Policy Overview:
We offer 7 days Hassle Free Easy Return/Exchange policy, from the date of product delivery. It normally takes an additional 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach our facility. We also offer exchanges on size-fit issues.

Acceptance Criteria - To facilitate exchanges/return for items affected by damage, defects, wrong item sent or size issues, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- In case of wrong item, damaged item or item with defects kindly update us within 24 hours of product delivery.
Refund/Return/Exchange Processing with Time-line:
- To schedule a return/exchange, please send us mail at support@ofably.com with your order id mentioned at your subject line, along with product images or video(optional).
- To initiate a return, we provide reverse pick-up services for most locations, which will take at-least 2-4 working days to arrange.
- Requests for exchanges or returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
- Please include the unedited unboxing video and product images with your request submission.
- Upon receiving your request, it will undergo processing within 3-5 working days. We appreciate your patience as we strive to resolve matters swiftly and efficiently.
Exchange Procedure:
- In majority of cases reverse pick-up will be arranged by Ofably, pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Exchanges or replacements can be done with same item(s) as purchased, allowed only one time, in case of product non-availability (Stock Unavailability) a Refund to your original payment method or Store Credit will be provided within 4 to 5 working days from the day of return verified upon arrival.
- Shipping Charges & COD Charges levied during order placement are Non-Refundable.
- The Refunds might take 5 to 7 working days to show in your account.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only within from the date of product delivery.
- For any kind of Return's Rs.100 will be charged as reverse shipping cost.
Condition of Returned Items:
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags, invoice and packaging intact. To be eligible for a refund, ensure that the product(s) are in the same condition as they were shipped, along with all the freebies sent with the product. We do not provide refunds for products returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Please note that certain product categories, such as accessories, customized items, masks, any type of inner-wear, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, are non-returnable to maintain hygiene standards.
- All Orders wherein FREE Products or the order part of Flash Sales or Offers Sales (Example – Buy One Get One, Buy Two Get One Free, Buy Two Get 25% off on 3rd, or similar offer sales) promotions with free products included, are not Eligible for Return/Exchange.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you'll receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days and automatically credited to your original payment method or bank account provided by you.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse address mentioned below.
Ensure the items are securely packed, and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. Within 3 working days of receiving the product(s) & verifying item, we will process the refund or exchange.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The customer’s provided bank account details are final, and any errors in the details provided will not be the brand’s responsibility.

- Customers are obliged to take utmost care of the product(s) during possession, including instructions, documents, and wrappings, while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- For products not conforming to standards upon delivery, promptly contact us within 1 day of receiving the products at support@Ofably.in, and we will guide you accordingly.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
