Product Customization Policy

  1. Advance Payment Requirement

    • All customized orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
  2. No Returns or Exchanges

    • Customized products are made exclusively to customer specifications. As such, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please review your customization request carefully before placing the order.
  3. Processing Time

    • Standard customization requests typically require 3-4 working days to process.
    • For complex customizations, the processing time may extend up to a maximum of 15 working days.
    • You will be notified of the expected delivery time upon order confirmation.
  4. Customization Fee

    • Additional costs may apply for customization. The exact charges will depend on the type and complexity of the request and will be communicated before the order is finalized.
  5. Scope of Customization

    • Customization is limited to options such as size adjustments, length alterations, color preferences, or adding feeding-friendly features. Requests outside the standard scope (e.g., major design changes) may not be feasible and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  6. Order Accuracy

    • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements and clear instructions for customization. Ofably is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  7. Order Modifications

    • Once the customization process has begun, requests for modifications to the order cannot be accommodated.
  8. Cancellations

    • Custom orders cannot be canceled after payment has been made and production has started.
  9. Material Availability

    • Customization requests are subject to the availability of materials. In case of unavailability, Ofably will contact you with alternative options.
  10. Quality Standards

  • While every effort will be made to maintain Ofably’s quality standards during customization, minor variations may occur in color, stitching, or fabric texture due to the nature of customization.
  1. Delivery and Shipping
  • Customized products will be shipped according to the estimated timeline provided. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages or logistics issues) will be communicated promptly.

  • All customization requests must be communicated clearly in writing, either via email or through the designated form on our website. Verbal requests cannot be accepted.

  • Before processing begins, customers may be required to approve the final customization details to avoid discrepancies.

  • Ofably reserves the right to photograph and display customized products for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.
