Cancellations

Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed in within 7-10 working days

Refunds & Returns

We offer 7 days Return/Exchange policy, from the date of product delivery. It normally takes an additional 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach our facility.

We also offer free exchanges on size-fit issues.

Acceptance Criteria - To facilitate exchanges/return for items affected by damage, defects, wrong item sent or size issues, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

In case of wrong item, damaged item or item with defects kindly update us within 24 hours of product delivery.

To schedule a return/exchange, please send us mail at support@ofably.com with your order id mentioned at your subject line. To initiate a return, we provide reverse pick-up services for most locations, which will take at-least 2-4 working days to arrange.

In majority of cases reverse pick-up will be arranged by Ofably, pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Shipping Charges & COD Charges are Non-Refundable.

In case of Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of Delivery, to eligible for a Refund, all of the pieces of the Multipacking or Combo products, all items along with the particular order are required to be Returned.

1.) Products sold in BOGO SALE (Buy 1 GET 1).or Similar Kind of Offers Sales like Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 50% on 3rd

2.)Products sold in Flash sale.

3.)Products where there might be hygiene concerns:-Boxers, Nightwear Shorts, Any type of Inner Wear, Premium Mask, cosmetic products, perfumes & Notebooks.

Products which has product description mentions, that Products can't be returned or exchanged or refunded, always check the Product Description page to see if a product is eligible for return or not.

Yes, you can exchange/replace your products in case of size fit issues with the same items.

For COD orders, you need to send us your banking details or else you can get store credits which can be used for your future purchases.

Note: Shipping Charges & COD Charges, charged during product purchases are Non-Refundable.

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse address mentioned below.

Ensure the items are securely packed, and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. Within 3 working days of receiving the product(s) & verifying item, we will process the refund.

All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags, invoice and packaging intact. To be eligible for a exchange, ensure that the product(s) are in the same condition as they were shipped, along with all the freebies sent with the product. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for products returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear.

Orders & Delivery

Normally we dispatch your order on same working day but in some cases it might takes upto 48 hours to dispatch the Order.

Note in case of Customized orders it may take more than time than expected!

Once your order is placed you will be directed to the order confirmation page.

You can find details of your order on App/Web under track order/My Orders.

E-mail confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail id.

If the amount has been deducted from your bank or card, don't worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days.

Meanwhile, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method.

For Majority of Order Shipping Will be Free

A Nominal Shipping Charges might apply for small value orders.

COD charges might be applied on the final checkout process, we request you to go for Pre-Paid Mode of payments to receive additional benefits while Shopping.

The price of the products you see is inclusive of taxes.

Kindly check if all the products that you want to add to Cart are in stock. Please clear cache, cookies and update the app.

If the issue persists, You can contact our customer service executive along with product details and error snapshot, and we will resolve this within 24 hours.

For a few pin codes, we are unable to provide the cash-on-delivery payment option currently.

Moreover, COD can't be availed in below mentioned cases as well:

a) If you have applied coupons on the cart that are only applicable on Prepaid orders. You may, however, opt-in for any other mode of payment such as Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or using an Online Wallet etc.

b) If a user has canceled/returned/rto multiple orders repetitively we have put in guard rules to stop them from using COD as an option.

I have not received an order confirmation.

dont worry, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and Please check your spam folder as well.

Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.

If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception team.

If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbor/security guard.

If you think that isn't the case, please reach out to us via registered email id along with the order details.

We are unable to change the delivery address or contact details once the order has been placed.

Payments

If you have self-shipped the product already, please email us the screenshot of the courier receipt along with the order id number.

Within 3 working days of receiving the product(s) & verifying item, we will process the refund.

Ofably reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or order(s). The COD limit for an order is Rs 3000. Moreover, COD orders are limited to 6 products per order.

Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders with a maximum value of Rs. 3000. To pay for any order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the Cash On Delivery option on the payment page. The cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pincodes/on selected products, along with Extra COD Charges

COD charges might be levied on orders placed on COD mode for all customers of Ofably. You can check final COD Charges at your Checkout Page. The charges will reflect in the order invoice. Ofably reserves the right to determine the COD charges.

COD charges are non-refundable however the same can be refunded only in the case of Ofably attributed concerns. The COD charges will be refunded in the Ofably Store Credit, if applicable.
